We Minnesotans truly are a hardy bunch! Even the first storm of the season couldn't stop many wonderful folks from attending our Salute to the Troops event today, November 19 at Fleming Field in S. St. Paul. A huge thank you to Amy Lauria and Troy LaFaye and others from the CAF who planned a great afternoon. We even made the evening news! See today's 6:00 report on Channel 5 News. *We are praying about completing a film version of "Fighting For Delphine." It was Ken's dream to return to France to retrace his steps and to say a final good-bye to Delphine and we were able to do so June of this year. We are looking for sponsors to help us fund this project--please pray the Lord would send folks to support us and that He would be treasured and honored through it. Thank you.
*We appreciate all who visited our table at Bethlehem Baptist Church's Christmas Boutique--Ken greatly enjoyed meeting everyone and sharing his stories. May all who purchased his book be blessed by God's work in the life of this dear saint.

*What fun to meet old friends and new! Thanks for your support April 17 and 18, 2010 at the Military Relic and Weapon Collector's Show. We hope to be back in October!
*Thanks to all who attended Merrill's Marauders reunion Sept. 4, 2009--Ken and I enjoyed sharing the evening with the wonderful heroes of World War II. We were honored to be in their presence and blessed by their stories.
*Thanks also to those who attended the Sept.10th, 2009 World War II Roundtable at Fort Snelling. Ken enjoyed sharing his war experiences and the audience certainly enjoyed him!
*Thanks to all who visited us at the Christian Community Fair--it was wonderful to meet so many who graciously thanked Ken for his military service--that means a great deal to him. We pray you will truly enjoy Ken's story and that it will have even more meaning for you since you've met the subject! Be sure to thank another vet as the Lord allows your paths to cross. We praise God for them and trust that we will never forget what they have done to secure our freedom.
